  • Impact Champions

An Impact Champion is an individual or organisation that shares your fundraising pages with their online and offline networks, helping to increase the total income raised for your page. Examples of Impact Champions include influencers, companies, community groups, partner organisations, affiliates, or ambassadors who promote your fundraising pages to their audience. An Impact Champion can also receive a share of the income generated through their promotion of your page.

    Setting the Impact Champion Split

When creating or updating a page, specify the Impact Champion split to determine the percentage of net funds raised through each Champion’s unique link that will be shared with them. This can be found under the Impact Champions tab when creating or updating a page.

If the split is set to 0%, Champions can still promote your page, but no payouts will be made. Once a split is assigned, Impact Champions can immediately begin sharing your page.

    Finding and Sharing a Page

Once a page has been set up, an Impact Champion can obtain their own page-specific link or QR code by searching for the page or accessing it directly from the page itself. They can then share this link or QR code with their networks.

    Tracking Impact Champion Activity

The Income Report displays the tag associated with each Impact Champion alongside purchases generated through their link. The Impact Champion Income Report shows the income splits owed to each Impact Champion.

    Payouts

Currently, payouts must be arranged directly with Impact Champions. A future update will enable automatic payouts through the system.

  • Individual Fundraising

Individual Fundraising enables supporters to raise funds for your organisation by creating and promoting their own fundraising pages. Individuals can use the full range of fundraising tools available on the platform, allowing them to organise activities, campaigns, or personal challenges in support of your organisation.

Unlike traditional personal fundraising that focuses mainly on donation pages or sponsorship activities, individuals can create a wide variety of fundraising experiences such as events, raffles, auctions, lotteries, memberships, or other fundraising activities.

    Creating an Individual Fundraising Page

An individual can create a fundraising page using any of the available fundraising tools. This allows supporters to run their own fundraising initiatives while directing funds to your organisation.

These pages can be associated with existing campaigns, helping your organisation group together related fundraising activities and track overall progress.

    Promoting Individual Fundraising

Once a page has been created, individuals can promote it through their personal networks, both online and offline. This may include sharing the page link or QR code through social media, messaging apps, email, or community groups.

By leveraging personal networks, individuals can help introduce new supporters and expand the reach of your organisation’s fundraising efforts.

    Tracking Individual Fundraising Activity

The Income Report displays all income generated through individual fundraising pages, including the transactions associated with each page.

This provides transparency and allows your organisation to monitor the success of supporter-led fundraising activities.

    Payouts

All funds raised through individual fundraising pages are allocated to your organisation. Unlike community or company fundraising, individual fundraising does not include a revenue share.

  • Community Fundraising

Community Fundraising enables local groups, clubs, schools, associations, or other communities to organise fundraising activities in support of your organisation. Communities can create and promote their own fundraising pages using any of the available fundraising tools, helping to expand your organisation’s reach and generate additional income.

Community fundraising can also include a revenue share, allowing funds raised to be distributed between the organisation and the participating community. This creates a collaborative model where both groups benefit from successful fundraising and are incentivised to work together.

    Creating a Community Fundraising Page

A community can create a fundraising page using any of the available fundraising tools, such as donations, events, raffles, auctions, or other fundraising activities.

When creating or updating a page, the organisation and the community can optionally define a revenue split, specifying how the net funds raised will be shared between the organisation and the community.

If no revenue split is specified, all funds raised will be allocated to the organisation.

    Promoting Community Fundraising

Once the page has been created, the community can promote it through their own networks, both online and offline. This may include sharing the page link or QR code with supporters, or promoting the page through social media, websites, newsletters, or community events.

By leveraging the community’s existing networks, organisations can reach new audiences and increase participation in their fundraising activities.

    Tracking Community Fundraising Activity

The Income Report displays all income generated through community fundraising pages, including the transactions associated with each page.

This provides transparency and helps both the organisation and the community understand the impact of their fundraising activities.

    Payouts

Community fundraising supports two payout models depending on the agreement between the organisation and the participating community.

Under the Charity Distribution Model, all funds are received by the organisation, and the organisation distributes the community’s share according to the agreed revenue split.

Under the Direct Revenue Split Model, the platform automatically distributes the net funds according to the agreed revenue split, with the organisation and the community each receiving their respective share directly through the system.

  • Company Fundraising

Company Fundraising enables businesses and organisations to run fundraising activities in partnership with your organisation. Companies can create and promote their own fundraising pages using any of the available fundraising tools, helping to raise funds while also engaging employees, customers, and their wider networks.

Company fundraising can also include a revenue share, allowing funds raised to be distributed between the organisation and the participating company. This creates a collaborative partnership where both organisations benefit from successful fundraising and shared engagement.

    Creating a Company Fundraising Page

A company can create a fundraising page using any of the available fundraising tools, such as donations, events, raffles, auctions, or other fundraising activities.

When creating or updating a page, the organisation and the company can optionally define a revenue split, specifying how the net funds raised will be shared between the organisation and the company.

If no revenue split is specified, all funds raised will be allocated to the organisation.

    Promoting Company Fundraising

Once the page has been created, the company can promote it through its employees, customers, partners, and wider networks. This may include sharing the page link or QR code through corporate communications, social media, websites, newsletters, or internal engagement campaigns.

By leveraging a company’s networks and audience, organisations can reach new supporters and significantly increase participation in their fundraising activities.

    Tracking Company Fundraising Activity

The Income Report displays all income generated through company fundraising pages, including the transactions associated with each page.

This allows both the organisation and the participating company to track the results of their fundraising partnership.

    Payouts

Company fundraising supports two payout models depending on the agreement between the organisation and the participating company.

Under the Organisation Distribution Model, all funds are received by the organisation, and the organisation distributes the company’s share according to the agreed revenue split.

Under the Direct Revenue Split Model, the platform automatically distributes the net funds according to the agreed revenue split, with the organisation and the company each receiving their respective share directly through the system.

Organise your fundraising activities around specific goals, events, or initiatives. Each campaign groups together related fundraising pages such as donations, events, raffles, auctions, lotteries, or memberships, and provides a dedicated page where supporters can view and support all associated fundraising activities.
Raffles, tombolas or lotteries that cost money to enter require either a Local Authority or Gambling Commission licence. For example, a small society lottery licence costs £40 and will allow raffles up to £250,000 over the course of a year, and a £20 renewal fee after the first year. Please refer to the Gambling Commission website for further information on how to obtain a licence.
